Job summary

Paytm in Noida is seeking a proactive Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of engineering programs across the SDLC. The ideal candidate will manage technical projects with hands-on experience, apply Agile methodologies, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

Responsibilities include sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, Jira/Confluence configuration, tracking risks and milestones, and maintaining RAID logs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project/program management experience in engineering or product organizations.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience managing technical projects, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, expertise in Jira and Confluence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
