Job summary

Qalentus is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager – ERP Implementations to lead enterprise ERP delivery in a technology environment. Responsibilities

Qalentus is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager – ERP Implementations for an enterprise technology environment involving ERP implementation and transformation projects. This is not a generic IT Project Manager role; we are specifically looking for professionals who have hands‑on ownership of ERP implementation delivery, customer‑facing project management, and production go‑live.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and delivery projects
• Manage discovery, requirements, fit-gap analysis and implementation planning
• Coordinate configuration, development, integrations and data migration
• Drive SIT, UAT, cutover, production go-live and hypercare
• Manage scope, schedule, effort/budget, risks, issues and dependencies
• Handle change requests and project escalations
• Coordinate functional consultants, developers, QA, DevOps and integration teams
• Act as a primary customer‑facing delivery contact
• Manage stakeholder communication and project governance
• Support international customer engagements and delivery

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of IT/ERP project delivery experience
• Strong hands‑on ERP implementation/project management experience
• At least one successfully delivered production ERP go‑live
• Experience with Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, ERPNext, or comparable enterprise platforms
• Experience across requirements, fit-gap, implementation, integration, data migration, SIT, UAT, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare
• Experience managing cross‑functional technical and functional teams
• Strong customer‑facing communication and excellent spoken and written English
• Willingness to work onsite in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar with flexibility for UK/US customer overlap

Good to have:

• Odoo implementation experience
• International customer experience (USA, Europe, Middle East)
• Valid US B1/B2 visa
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, or ERP certifications
• Domain experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, supply chain, accounting, or CRM
