Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Pune is seeking a senior project/program manager with deep experience in digital commerce platforms and distributed teams. You will drive complex programs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure governance and timely delivery in a large, global environment.

The role requires strong leadership in agile settings, a track record of managing multi-country teams, and hands-on familiarity with modern cloud and API-driven ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience with SFCC, Magento, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, or CommerceTools.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud and web technologies.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence and project governance.
• Knowledge of digital commerce processes including checkout, payments, fulfillment, promotions and customer journeys.

Required Skills:

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of project/program management experience.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience managing distributed/global teams.
