Job summary

Healthfirst Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end software development projects in a hybrid setup in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive Agile practices, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Candidates should have 5-6 years of IT project management experience, strong knowledge of Jira/Confluence, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate with business, development, QA, and client teams.
• Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.


• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.


• Experience in healthcare or product-based projects is preferred.
