Job summary

• 12–14 years of IT experience with strong project management expertise.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex integration programs and cloud-native applications.
• Strong technical background in Cloud Technologies, Core Java, Python, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience managing cloud-based projects leveraging AWS or other cloud providers and leading customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale software development projects using SDLC, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams distributed across geographies and technology domains.
• Plan, monitor, and manage concurrent project deliveries with overlapping timelines and dependencies.
• Publish periodic status reports, project metrics, progress updates, and delivery dashboards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale software development projects using SDLC, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams distributed across geographies and technology domains.
• Plan, monitor, and manage concurrent project deliveries with overlapping timelines and dependencies.
• Prepare, publish, and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, product owners, and customer teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Monitor project progress through Scrum ceremonies, review meetings, and governance mechanisms.
• Re-evaluate project schedules and delivery plans based on changing business priorities and project risks.
• Publish periodic status reports, project metrics, progress updates, and delivery dashboards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage customer interactions and stakeholder communications across multiple levels.
• Resolve cross-functional and cross-team dependencies effectively.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and customer audit requirements.
• Address issues, non-conformances, and audit findings raised by QA and internal or external assessment teams.
• Define, track, and report key project execution metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Drive employee growth through performance management, feedback, mentoring, and learning initiatives.
• Recognize and encourage team contributions while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Support proposal development, effort estimation, and RFP activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12–14 years of overall IT experience with strong project management expertise.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex integration programs and cloud-native applications.
• Strong technical background in:

• Experience managing teams of 15+ members and multiple Scrum teams.
