The role will drive enterprise-wide DevOps and SCM transformation initiatives, lead platform modernization programs, manage stakeholder engagement, and oversee delivery governance across distributed teams.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in GitHub Enterprise, GitLab, Backstage, Infrastructure Architecture, and DevOps platforms, coupled with proven experience in managing large-scale transformation and migration programs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery Leadership (60%)

• Lead end-to-end SCM and DevOps transformation programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and engineering groups.
• Define project roadmaps, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance frameworks.
