Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives in Risk and Compliance. You will shape program scope, align engineering, product, and strategy, and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives.

You will apply deep analytical thinking, strong communication, and autonomous leadership to coordinate multiple teams across time zones and ensure regulatory and financial risk controls are integrated into roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management experience.
• Excellent analytical skills, digest complex information, and make recommendations.
• Proven track record of providing program management during all phases of software development from kickoff to launch, demonstrating critical thinking and leadership.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills, building relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and time zones.

The Risk TPM team is crucial to driving programs to address these challenges.

What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager in the Risk and Compliance space, you'll play a key role across engineering, product, and strategy to drive programs that span across the Risk organization and the company. You'll be responsible for the successful definition, cross-functional strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale technical programs that help to solve complex problems and empower the company and our users.

Responsibilities

Who you are

Minimum requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management experience.

• You have a track record of providing program management during all phases of software development from kickoff to launch, demonstrating critical thinking, challenging the norms, and thought leadership.
• You have very strong written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders, teams, and senior leaders around the organization.
• You drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions and bring a wealth of experience, opinions, proposals, and best practices.
• Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones.
