Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive large cross-functional programs in payments and transaction processing. The role emphasizes program governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivering complex dependencies on high-scale platforms.

You will collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, testing, and operations teams to coordinate releases, manage risk, and ensure timely delivery in a regulated payments environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in technical program management or large-scale technology delivery.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in payments, transaction processing, network technology, or similarly high-scale regulated environments.
• Proven track record managing large programs or portfolios with significant dependencies, senior stakeholder visibility, and operational impact.
• Strong experience establishing and running intake processes, delivery governance, and cross-team planning mechanisms.
• Demonstrated experience leading Scrum of Scrums or equivalent multi-team execution forums in complex delivery organizations.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, Agile execution models, release planning, and dependency management.
• Ability to work effectively with product, architecture, engineering, testing, and operations teams to drive aligned execution.
• Strong judgment in managing tradeoffs across scope, timelines, technical constraints, and organizational capacity.
• Strong communication skills, including concise status reporting, escalation management, and decision support for leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

This role requires solid familiarity with payment-network delivery and the ability to lead programs in environments where transaction integrity, resiliency, interoperability, and operational control are critical.

Candidates should have experience in several of the following areas:

• Payment switching and transaction-routing platforms
• Authorization and message-processing flows
• Clearing and post-transaction processing
• ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 standards
• High-availability platform delivery and operational resilience
• Integration-heavy distributed systems and runtime dependency management
