Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Bengaluru seeks an experienced MEPF Design Engineer to support design activity across India. You will develop and maintain MEPF specifications and templates, and manage complex projects.

The role requires an engineering degree and seven to ten years in the field; you will lead diverse teams, drive energy-efficient designs, and align with global standards. This on-site Bengaluru position offers a collaborative environment with stakeholders across functions and geographies,

Qualifications

• You should have earned a degree in engineering, ideally, having seven to ten years of experience in relevant domain.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to play a critical role in supporting all projects MEPF design activity across Client’s projects in India.
• Develop and maintain client’s MEPF specifications and design templates.
• Manage multifaceted engineering programs that will ultimately drive the optimization and increased efficiency into existing and new facilities.
• Work with a multitude of stakeholders to own and drive the standardization of building design templates, while adapting to local codes.
• Possess the engineering expertise to dive deep into building MEPF data in order to reduce infrastructure and operational costs associated with construction, maintenance and down time.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Work with diverse stakeholders to develop and implement, Energy efficient design solutions for new buildings.
• Align with global sustainability goals and work with multiple stakeholders to drive the designs decisions to achieve the long-term goals.
• Manage and drive Amazons MEPF engineering specifications to include managing cross functional design teams.
• Manage key vendors relationships and service providers related to project work.
• Work closely Transaction team to ensure best properties are selected.
• Ensure that contracted resources deliver work to meet duration and quality targets, addressing and ensuring the correction of under-performance issues.
• Document and present strategies and periodic updates to internal and external audiences.
• Develop and implement consistent and repeatable processes for new implementations.
• Participate in business re-engineering activities to support acceptance, implementation and increase effectiveness and efficient building management systems.
• This includes working with several project teams across the globe to align with global standards.
