Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end hardware and system-level NPI programs from concept through mass production. You will drive execution across crossfunctional engineering and operations teams, ensuring high-quality delivery across EVT, DVT, and PVT with predictable schedules.

You will own plans, track progress, lead reviews, and communicate with executives while mitigating risks and ensuring readiness for production.

Qualifications

• 35 years of project/program management experience.
• 3+ years in hardware/system NPI.
• Strong understanding of PCB lifecycle, manufacturing processes, and system integration.
• Proven experience managing EVT/DVT/PVT and production readiness.
• Skilled in crossfunctional coordination, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
• Hands‑on with program tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet).
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities
