Job summary

Supply Chain Resources Group is seeking an experienced Test Technical Program Manager to support consumer hardware manufacturing and factory test operations in Noida. You will lead test readiness and execution across the full production line, coordinating with contract manufacturers, fixture vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.

This onsite role requires 4+ years of Manufacturing Test and Program Management experience and a hands-on approach to improve yield, cycle time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of industry experience.
• Strong experience in Manufacturing Test and Program Management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing data analysis, including Gauge R&R, CPK, or Six Sigma.
• Ability to work primarily onsite in Noida and travel domestically as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage factory test stations from concept through sustaining and be the primary contact for internal teams, CMs, and fixture vendors.
• Drive overall test readiness, identify risks, and communicate status across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate manufacturing test strategy across SMT, sub-assembly, and FATP.
• Drive test yield, retest rate, and operational improvements across the production line.
• Manage test-related SOPs, fixture readiness, cycle time, UPH, line balancing, and test engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate test framework software releases, fixture bring-up, qualification, data collection solutions, and ongoing audits.
• Work with suppliers and engineering teams on process flow, equipment/fixture design, process controls, test infrastructure, reporting, and validation plans.
• Provide onsite support during development and sustaining builds.
• Act as the primary onsite technical contact for the CM and drive rapid resolution of line-down issues.
• Track and audit implementation of ECOs and Change Requests, ensuring hardware, fixture, and software cut-ins are executed without impacting throughput or yield.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing Test Engineering and program management.
• Experience building and launching consumer electronics products.
• Strong track record leading cross-functional teams to achieve quality, yield, cost, and NPI objectives.
• Experience with hardware testing, system bring-up, and design validation.
• Proven experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
• Experience managing functional engineering teams and working with international OEM partners.
• Ability to calculate and estimate test UPH for capacity planning, line balancing, and equipment scaling.
