Smartbox Ecommerce Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Hardware Engineer - Project Manager with 6+ years of experience to lead cross-functional product development across Hardware, Firmware, Software, QA, and Product teams.

You will plan programs, manage releases, coordinate agile delivery, monitor risks and milestones, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with the roadmap. The role demands strong stakeholder management and hands-on experience with embedded systems and IoT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Electronics, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Hardware Engineer - Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Embedded Product Development programs.
• Strong understanding of Hardware, Firmware, Software, and Agile/Scrum development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket, and Jira Automation.
• Experience with Power BI or EasyBI for project reporting.
• Scrum or SAFe certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Agilist).

We are looking for a Hardware Engineer - Project managerwith a minimum of 6 years of experience who will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional product development programs across Hardware, Firmware, Software, QA, and Product teams.
