  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in technical program management.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Proven track record of managing portfolio planning and roadmap prioritization, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and executive North Star metrics.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and frameworks to automate workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, and accelerate program execution.
  • Ability to apply technical judgment to navigate engineering scope, assess feasibility, and manage dependencies across a global stack.
