Job summary

Google Inc. Hyderabad is seeking a mid-level technical operations professional to drive progress, mentor juniors, and solve complex problems across ad products.

You will partner with stakeholders to shape roadmaps, design infrastructure, and implement launches that ensure scalable solutions for global customers. The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, system design or code reading skills, and experience with Java, C++, and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (Java, C++, Python).

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to establish technical road maps that accomplish our business objectives.
• Build and action product architectures and solution roadmaps, including the design of infrastructure necessary to support the business objectives of our stakeholders.
• Create launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before broad-scale deployment.
• Perform implementation reviews, convert new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
• Ensure that technical solutions are designed in a way that enable other analytical teams to easily access data for operational reporting and data visualization.
• Collaborate with product engineers to enhance core platforms and create applications using standard and Google-specific software development tools.

• 5 years of experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems/commands.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, overcome complex challenges and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
• Ability to navigate complex business organizations, manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders and consult optimal solutions.
