Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong software engineering background to lead enterprise product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional engineering teams, and ensure successful execution of complex SaaS and cloud-based products while promoting AI-powered software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple software product initiatives.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and releases.
Lead Agile/Scrum delivery across multiple engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
Drive sprint planning, release planning, roadmap execution, and stakeholder communication.
Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning.
Promote AI-assisted development using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, OpenAI, Claude, and Windsurf.
Monitor project health, delivery metrics, quality, resource utilization, and release readiness.
Manage RAID logs and proactively mitigate project risks.
Mentor engineering leads and foster a high-performance delivery culture.
