Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager in Pune, India to sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customers. The role owns end-to-end delivery of major product initiatives while advising customers on product solutions and feeding customer insight into the roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years in technical project/programme management or related fields, with strong Agile/Scrum and engineering credibility. MBA and related certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years' experience in technical project/programme management, product management, technical consulting, or a similar technology role.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, enterprise software, or platform businesses.
• Strong technical understanding and credibility with engineering teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and product development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of major product initiatives from roadmap through release.
• Work with Product and Engineering to define requirements, priorities, scope, and delivery plans.
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Manage sprints, releases, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional delivery.
• Act as a product and technical advisor to customers, leading discovery sessions, requirements discussions, product demonstrations, and solution reviews.
• Manage customer expectations around product capabilities, timelines, and delivery.
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements.
• Support Global Customer Success, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams on complex opportunities and accounts.
