Job summary

Xceedance India is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to govern and coordinate multiple customer implementations and support engagements, ensuring timely delivery of IAN products and solutions across customers, teams, and delivery streams.

The role provides portfolio-level oversight across implementation, configuration, integration, QA, data validation, cloud deployment, and support functions while driving delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and scalable operations.

Qualifications

  • Oversee implementation and adoption of workflow automation solutions leveraging platforms like Camunda, Flowable, Appian and related orchestration tools.
  • Coordinate environment readiness, deployment planning, release activities, production cutovers, and support transitions.

Job description

The Program Manager is responsible for governing and coordinating multiple customer implementations and support engagements, ensuring successful delivery of IAN products and solutions across customers, teams, and delivery streams.

The role provides portfolio-level oversight across implementation, configuration, integration, quality assurance, data validation, cloud deployment, and support functions while driving delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, operational scalability, and successful business outcomes. The Program Manager works closely with Technical Project Managers, Implementation Architects, Delivery Leads, Product Teams, and Customer Stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Govern and oversee multiple customer implementations and support engagements.
  • Manage program-level planning, resource allocation, capacity management, and delivery forecasting.
  • Ensure successful delivery of customer commitments, implementation milestones, support obligations, and business outcomes.
  • Monitor overall program health, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery performance across customers.
  • Partner with Technical Project Managers to ensure successful execution of customer implementation projects.
  • Work closely with Implementation Architects, Lead Business Analysts, Lead Configurators, Lead Integration, Lead QA, AI & Data Validation Specialists, and Support Delivery Leads to align delivery activities.
  • Oversee implementation and adoption of workflow automation solutions leveraging technologies such as n8n, Camunda, Apache Camel, and related orchestration platforms.
  • Coordinate environment readiness, deployment planning, release activities, production cutovers, and support transitions.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery, support, resource, and customer management issues.
  • Drive customer governance meetings, steering committee reviews, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track and report implementation progress, delivery performance, resource utilization, risks, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure smooth transition from implementation to production support and operational ownership.
  • Support implementation planning, prioritization, staffing, and delivery optimization initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery, implementation, support, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities and product roadmap priorities.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 18–21 years of experience in technical program management, delivery management, implementation management, or professional services leadership.
  • Strong experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain; Knowledge of Commercial Lines and Specialty Insurance, considered an advantage.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise software implementations and customer engagements.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation and delivery lifecycles.
  • Good understanding of workflow automation platforms, configurable enterprise applications, and implementation-driven delivery models.
  • Good understanding of BPMN-based workflow automation, business process orchestration platforms such as Camunda, Flowable, Appian or similar technologies.
  • Understanding enterprise integrations, APIs, data migration, and cloud-based solution deployments.
  • Understanding of cloud hosting models, environment management, deployment planning, and release coordination across Azure environments.
  • Ability to manage delivery dependencies across workflows, integrations, business rules, forms, cloud environments, data validation, and customer onboarding activities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams comprising Architects, Business Analysts, Configurators, Developers, QA, Data Validation, and Support teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, release management, customer onboarding, and support transition processes.
  • Experience managing customer escalations, delivery risks, budgets, and program dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of resource planning, capacity management, utilization tracking, and delivery forecasting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience working with insurance carriers and clients across North America or Europe.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with intelligent automation, document processing, AI-enabled solutions, or workflow-driven platforms.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, InsurTech solutions, or enterprise workflow automation products.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certification.
