Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) in India invites an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution for embedded software/firmware projects in our India delivery center.

You will drive schedules, resources, risk, dependencies, and stakeholder communications while partnering with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Strong background in Agile/Scrum/SAFe, Jira, and Confluence, plus exposure to automotive software domains, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading embedded software or automotive software programs.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and project tracking.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, CS, or related field.

Role & Responsibilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 812 years of experience in Technical Program/Project Management.
• Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience managing embedded software, firmware, or automotive software projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Exposure to Automotive, Semiconductor, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and ASPICE is preferred.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
