Job summary

ModMed is hiring a Technical Product Owner to bridge vision and velocity for the Practice Management product. You’ll leverage medical billing knowledge and SQL to translate complex needs into AI and automation-driven features.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to define technical specs, ensure scalability, and deliver customer-centric automation that improves patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep Healthcare or Practice Management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and problem investigation.
• Interest in AI capabilities and automation-driven solutions.
• Ability to explain complex AI logic to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated to manage high-visibility projects with minimal supervision.

The Mission

The Role

You will serve as the strategic bridge between vision and velocity. As the liaison for our Practice Management product, you will leverage your deep medical billing knowledge and technical SQL skills to translate complex business needs into groundbreaking AI and automation-driven features.
