Job summary

BDO India seeks an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner for Digital Health to own the product lifecycle, define the vision and roadmap, and coordinate with engineering and business teams to deliver timely, quality releases.

You will translate business and user requirements into clear stories and backlog items, drive Agile ceremonies, and ensure interoperability with health data standards and APIs. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent qualification.
• 8–12 years of overall professional experience.
• Strong experience in Product Management / Product Ownership, preferably in digital health, healthcare IT, or HealthTech platforms.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with product management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Good understanding of APIs, API integrations, and system interoperability.
• Knowledge of health data standards, preferably HL7/FHIR or similar healthcare interoperability standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and engineering/technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product development progress, identify risks/issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Work with technical teams on API integrations and digital health platform interoperability.
• Ensure appropriate consideration of health data standards and interoperability requirements.
• Support product testing, UAT, release planning, and post-release enhancements.
• Track product performance and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain effective communication between business and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.

About the Role
