Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with strong healthcare domain experience and a solid technical background to own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution. The ideal candidate will combine product management expertise with a strong understanding of software engineering, .NET technologies, test automation, system architecture, and healthcare applications. The candidate will work closely with engineering, QA, architecture, UX, business stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams to define and deliver scalable, high-quality products aligned with business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, objectives, and long-term product direction.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical investments, and market requirements.
- Own and prioritize the strategic product backlog based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities.
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear product requirements, epics, features, and user stories.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features, from ideation and requirements through development, validation, release, and adoption.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate technical feasibility, system architecture, scalability, integrations, and technical debt.
- Leverage data, product metrics, customer feedback, and analytics to drive product decisions and measure outcomes.
- Identify and proactively manage product risks, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, and cross-team impacts.
- Drive alignment among business stakeholders, engineering, QA, UX, architecture, operations, and customer-facing teams.
- Facilitate product planning, prioritization, sprint/release planning, and product reviews.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure features meet defined functional, technical, quality, security, and regulatory expectations.
- Ensure product decisions consider healthcare workflows, interoperability, data privacy, security, compliance, and patient/customer experience.
- Partner with engineering teams to understand and manage APIs, databases, integrations, cloud services, microservices, and application architecture.
- Bring prior experience with .NET/.NET Core, C#, web/API technologies, and software development practices to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
- Understand and leverage test automation, CI/CD, quality engineering, and automated validation practices to improve product quality and release confidence.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, quality metrics, and business outcomes.
- Communicate product priorities, roadmap changes, decisions, and status effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide Junior Product Owners / Product Managers, helping them improve product discovery, backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Continuously identify opportunities for product enhancement, process improvement, automation, and innovation.
Required Skills Experience
- 8+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in Product Management / Product Ownership.
- Strong experience working in the Healthcare / Healthcare IT / Medical Technology domain.
- Demonstrated experience owning product vision, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and feature delivery.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
- Good technical understanding of .NET / .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, web applications, databases, and enterprise software architecture.
- Exposure to test automation, automated quality engineering, CI/CD pipelines, and software testing practices.
- Ability to understand system architecture, technical dependencies, APIs, integrations, scalability, performance, and technical debt.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience making data-driven product decisions.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Excellent understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, product backlog, release planning, and product metrics.
- Experience working with geographically distributed engineering and stakeholder teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or equivalent product management platforms.
- Experience working with Agile teams in a Product-led development environment.
- Previous hands-on experience as a .NET Developer, Technical Lead, Architect, Automation Engineer, or Software Engineer will be an advantage.
