We are looking for a highly skilled, collaborative, and forward-thinking Technical Product Manager to lead our product team. In this dual-focus role, you will drive the product vision and roadmap for cloud-native microservices, while also driving AI product initiatives, strategizing the integration of agentic workflows and GenAI models to solve complex business challenges.

Youll work closely with a team of like-minded engineers and designers who use automated CI/CD pipelines to continuously ship clean, secure, and production-ready features. A key part of this role is prioritizing features that build strong observability into our systems, including logging, monitoring, and alerting, to ensure performance, reliability, and rapid issue detection across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and architecture teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and requirements for a scalable microservices platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
• Translate complex business strategies into actionable product requirements, helping team to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Partner closely with Technical/Solution Architects to decompose complex business requirements into clean, modular microservice architectures and prioritize the backlog accordingly.
• Prioritize technical debt, platform resilience, and DevOps capabilities to ensure the platform remains highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant.
• Champion Agile XP practices and foster a culture of continuous delivery, working closely with engineers executing Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD.
• Define and track key product metrics, ensuring the application meets rigorous performance and security (SAST/DAST) standards.
• Advocate for strong observability (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) in the product roadmap to ensure high availability, quick issue detection, and reliable customer experiences.
• Manage product incident communications, prioritize operational defect resolution, and balance ongoing support needs with new feature development.
• Conduct sprint reviews, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivered increments meet user needs, standards, and architecture principles.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation, release notes, and user guides to drive platform adoption.
• Lead the product strategy for migrating existing legacy applications (Struts & JSP) to modern frameworks (Spring Boot & Angular) and transitioning monolithic architectures to GCP.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint demos, and user journey mapping sessions.
• Drive AI-driven product initiatives, identifying opportunities to integrate GenAI capabilities and agentic workflows through rapid prototyping within the GCP ecosystem.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / M.C.A. or a related quantitative degree (MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in the software industry, with at least 3+ years directly in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a related role.
• Solid technical background with experience managing products built on Java/Spring Boot frameworks, microservices, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
• Experience guiding data-driven products and familiarity with modern databases (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
• 3+ years of experience managing API products, developer platforms, or microservice architectures (REST/SOAP).
• 5+ years of experience operating in Agile environments, acting as a Product Lead/Manager with a strong focus on delivering user value.
• 2+ years of experience managing cloud-native products or leading cloud migrations (GCP preferred).
• Familiarity with modern DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins), and testing automation.
• Understanding of enterprise security requirements and code quality standards (SonarQube, Checkmarx, etc.).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and deeply technical engineering teams.
• Experience managing or defining requirements for Generative AI/LLM applications and traditional ML models is a strong plus.
• Exposure to chatbots and agentic AI is a plus.
