Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Process Executive, you will

Provide support to global clients via calls and email

Troubleshoot technical issues related to:

• VPN
• Drivers
• O365
• Active Directory
• Operating Systems
• Basic Networking
• Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
• Work on ticketing tools
• Analyze technical issues and provide timely, effective resolutions
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure high customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to independently resolve technical queries
