Job summary

We.PLM, a fast-growing PLM consulting firm and Dassault Systèmes partner, seeks a Technical Head of Practice in Maharashtra, India. You will shape the future of technology by defining the strategic direction to enable a 5X productivity gain through AI, modern development practices, and ongoing innovation.

You will lead the transition from legacy delivery to AI-enabled, future-ready ways of working, establish governance, and mentor technical managers to grow a robust PLM framework across Europe

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience defining technical strategy and leading PLM service organizations.
• Deep expertise in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Ability to translate evolving technology trends into a clear, inspiring vision for development teams.
• Experience building and guiding a technical reference framework and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term technology vision and transformation roadmap for We.PLM.
• Lead the transition of teams and customers from legacy practices to AI-enabled, future-ready ways of working.
• Establish development processes, governance, and metrics to deliver high productivity with quality.
• Build a future-ready development organization by mentoring technical managers.

Your mission

As Technical Head of Practice you are responsible for shaping the future of technology at We.PLM.

This role demands to define the strategic technical direction that enables a 5X productivity gain through AI, modern development practices, and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term technology vision and transformation roadmap for We.PLM
• Lead the transition of internal teams and customers from legacy development practices to AI-enabled, future-ready ways of working
• Establish development processes, methods, and governance that consistently deliver up to 5× productivity while maintaining quality and predictability
• Build a future-ready development organization by supporting technical managers to grow and develop a technical reference framework
• Ensure a scalable, reliable, and on-time delivery model across development teams while continuously evolving the practice through emerging technologies and AI
