Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned PLM Delivery Head to lead global PLM programs and grow the PLM practice. The role requires steering cross-functional teams, shaping PLM strategy, and delivering large-scale implementations on cloud and on-prem platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of PLM leadership experience across multiple industries, strong program management, and a track record of engaging with top-tier PLM vendors and customers.

PLM Delivery Head- Bangalore based

• 20 + Years of Strong Experience on leading PLM platforms across industry verticals, leading global teams.
• Proven track record of leading and growing PLM practice leveraging multiple PLM platforms.
• Strong experience on PLM product evolution, product roadmap, technology trends for various industry segments.
• Good handle on various engagements models and latest trends in implementation, upgrades, support, QA, methodologies and processes.
• Managed & delivered large global PLM programs with various engagement models.
• Well versed and experienced in offering / delivering services on Digital Twin / Digital Thread / MBE-MBSE / PLM on Cloud driving consulting led growth.
• Experienced in managing practice profitability using various levers.
• Experienced in team and skill building through recruitment, training, certifications based on business plan.
• Experienced in mentoring/guiding/building PLM COE for solution development.
• Profitably grow PLM Practice, building strong customer relationships and leveraging partnership network of PLM product vendors.
• Build and offer services / solutions on leading PLM platforms DS 3D Experience, Siemens- Team Center, PTC- Windchill, Oracle - Agile
• Strategic planning in identifying PLM white spaces / growth areas and plan for investments with business case.
• Provide thought leadership on PLM market trends, technology advances while interacting with customer leaders and analyst community.
• Build, guide / mentor/ motivate high performing global teams, maintaining & managing the pyramid structure.
• Guide and review the RFP responses, proposals providing critical inputs on winning strategy.
• Plan for PLM capability and skills building by developing solutions artifacts, leveraging automations, AI-ML, Cloud technologies and COE labs.
• Plan and present the annual business plan to leadership, drive the practice as per plan and periodically provide progress updates.
• Conduct periodic Program reviews ensuring that programs / projects are meeting defined quality / cost / delivery parameters.

Collaborate with extended teams to build and deliver offerings that overlap with PLM functions
