Job summary

PradeepIT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead software initiatives, coordinate client relationships, and drive delivery teams toward on-time, on-budget outcomes. Telecom domain and Nokia experience are preferred.

You will define detailed project plans, execution strategies, and ensure stakeholder alignment while managing resources, budgets, and documentation. A hands-on leader with strong communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building high-quality software systems with best practices while leading a team.
• Hands-on project management for software environments deploying automated solutions (RPA, Power, SNOW, Winshuttle).
• Interface with internal/external customers as part of PM activities.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software technologies.
• Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and leader.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Budget management, forecasting, cost planning.

Responsibilities
