Job summary

Comviva in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced senior technical leader to own E2E product delivery, mentor engineers, and drive architecture reviews. You will decompose work, estimate efforts, and develop frameworks to support junior developers while ensuring high quality across complex modules.

Be ready to collaborate with Validation, Implementation, Support, Documentation, and Solutioning teams, and engage with customers.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in product architecture, design and development using C/Java Technologies.
• Must have extensive experience in dealing with complex algorithms and data structures.
• Must have used Agile practices for development with industry standard coding skills.
• People leadership skills and a passion for growing and empowering a multidisciplinary team of engineer.
• Must have experience in Databases like MySQL/Oracle.
• Must have experience on improving code coverage by adding more unit/integration test cases.
• Must have experience in mentoring team technically.
• Must be good in finding RCA and writing RCA for the issues identified by internal/external teams.
• Knowledge on Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) is added advantage.
• Good to have working experience in Go-Lang.
• Good to have experience on SMPP, SS7, SIP protocols.
• Good to have knowledge on Redis and other in memory database.
• Good to have knowledge on test automation suites.
• Good to have in Customer interactions with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in MPP would be added advantage.
• Scrum Master Certification will be added advantage.
• Experience with containers and automation/orchestration tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes.
