Comviva in India is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT and Telecom projects, applying Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methods and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strong stakeholder communication.

You will run Agile ceremonies, manage cross-functional teams and vendors, maintain plans and logs, track KPIs, and perform risk and budget management across multiple priorities. 7–8 years of project management experience and certifications (PMP and/or PRINCE2) are required.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of project management experience in IT and Telecom
• Hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid models
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello and Confluence
• Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making abilities

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across IT and Telecom domains from initiation to closure
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies based on project needs
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and demos
• Drive collaboration among internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless delivery
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, trackers, milestones and logs
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget while managing multiple priorities
• Define scope, feasibility and deliverables during project initiation phase
• Monitor KPIs and proactively manage risks, blockers and project issues
• Maintain transparent and structured communication with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct client meetings for requirement gathering and expectation management
• Execute risk management practices to reduce project delivery obstacles
• Perform budget tracking, cost monitoring and financial reporting with corrective actions
• Prepare and deliver presentations for clients, leadership and internal teams
• Travel as required for project engagements including short-term or extended onsite support
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for tracking, reporting and analysis
