Job summary

Eins Technik Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations for safety screens and door/window systems from inquiry to delivery and installation.

You will drive efficiency, quality, and coordination across design, engineering, production, sales, procurement and site teams. The role requires strong technical understanding, proven management skills, and the ability to convert customer requirements into executable plans and quotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in mechanical/civil/production engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in safety screens, aluminium doors/windows, facade systems.
• Strong ability to read drawings, layouts, specifications.
• Experience in estimation, costing, quotation preparation, and material planning.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and projects.
• Knowledge of production, installation, and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for safety screens and door/window systems, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Interpret technical drawings, layouts, specifications, and design requirements for safety screens, doors, and windows.
• Prepare and review quotations, cost estimates, material requirements, and pricing based on drawings and customer specifications.
• Develop, implement, and standardize operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, production, sales, procurement, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Understand customer requirements, evaluate feasibility, and provide suitable solutions.
• Monitor production schedules, material availability, dispatch, site readiness, and installation activities.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project costs, resource utilization, delivery schedules, and operational performance.
• Maintain quotations, drawings, project records, and progress reports for management.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage end-to-end operations for Safety Screens and Door & Window systems. The candidate should have a strong understanding of technical designs, drawings, estimation, quotation preparation, process implementation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth execution from inquiry to final delivery and installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations related to safety screens and door & window systems, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Technical Design Understanding: Understand and interpret technical drawings, layouts, specifications, and design requirements for safety screens, doors, and windows.
• Estimation & Quotation: Prepare and review quotations, cost estimates, material requirements, and pricing based on drawings and customer specifications.
• Process Implementation: Develop, implement, and standardize operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with design, engineering, production, sales, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Customer Requirement Analysis: Understand customer requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, and provide suitable solutions.
• Production & Installation Coordination: Monitor production schedules, material availability, dispatch, site readiness, and installation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Relevant experience in safety screens, aluminium doors and windows, faade systems, aluminium formwork, or similar building product industries.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, design concepts, measurements, and product specifications.
• Hands-on experience in estimation, costing, quotation preparation, and material planning.
• Experience in implementing operational processes and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of production, project execution, installation, and quality control.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with practical experience in both Safety Screens and Door & Window systems will be preferred.
• Should be technically sound and capable of understanding designs and converting customer requirements into executable plans and quotations.
• Must be able to manage operations independently, streamline processes, and ensure timely project execution.

Target Experience: 10–15 years, depending on the scope of responsibility.
