Job summary

Safety Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee aluminium formwork, safety screen, and glass facade installations at major construction sites in Mumbai and beyond.

You will read drawings, coordinate with riggers and laborers, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time execution. The role requires a civil engineering qualification and a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in high-rise construction, with strong leadership and communication skills to guide diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise building construction supervision.
• Ability to read and understand technical and structural drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of construction safety procedures and site regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site activities for Aluminium Formwork, Safety Screen, and Glass Facade installation.
• Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and technical specifications accurately.
• Guide and coordinate with riggers, technicians, and laborers for proper installation methods.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Identify and report site issues, material shortages, or technical discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure all activities comply with Safety Projects Pvt. Ltd. standards and safety protocols.

• Supervise and manage site activities for Aluminium Formwork, Safety Screen, and Glass Facade installation.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Aluminium Formwork Installation, Safety Screen Installation, Glass Facade Installation.

• Working knowledge of construction safety procedures and site regulations.
