Job summary

Window Magic India Pvt. Ltd. invites a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. You will supervise installation activities on site, measure and ensure quality, and coordinate with project teams to deliver windows and doors to specification.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in fenestration or construction, with strong coordination skills and proficiency in MS Office. Based in India, you will oversee multiple sites and report to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day installation at project sites.
• Ensure proper installation of uPVC and aluminium windows/doors per drawings.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, installation teams and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections and verify readiness before installation.
• Take and verify site measurements as required.
• Ensure alignment, sealing, and functionality of windows/doors.
• Monitor workmanship to meet company standards.
• Manage installation technicians, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Allocate tasks and monitor manpower productivity.
• Coordinate with material teams for timely supplies.
• Report shortages or damages to the concerned department.
• Resolve site-related issues with project team.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and site engineers on schedules.
• Ensure completion within project timeline.
• Maintain daily site activity records.
• Report progress and concerns to Project Manager.
• Handle and store materials properly on site.
• Follow safety procedures; ensure team adherence.
• Conduct final inspections and handover readiness.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, installation, measurement, quality inspection, and team coordination, preferably within the uPVC, Aluminium, fenestration, construction, or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day installation and execution activities at assigned project sites.
• Ensure the proper installation of uPVC and Aluminium Windows & Doors as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, installation teams, contractors, and site representatives for smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections and verify site readiness before the commencement of installation work.
• Take and verify site measurements as per project requirements.
• Ensure proper alignment, fitting, finishing, sealing, and functionality of windows and doors.
• Monitor the quality of installation work and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage and supervise installation technicians, helpers, and subcontractors at the site.
• Allocate daily work responsibilities and monitor manpower productivity.
• Coordinate with the concerned teams for timely availability of materials, hardware, glass, and accessories.
• Report material shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned department.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the Project Manager and internal teams.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and site engineers regarding installation schedules and site requirements.
• Ensure that installation activities are completed within the committed project timeline.
• Maintain daily records of site activities, manpower, material usage, work progress, and pending issues.
• Report project progress and site-related concerns to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials at the project site.
• Follow site safety procedures and ensure that the installation team adheres to safety guidelines.
• Conduct final inspections and ensure completion of pending work and snag points before project handover.

Support the Project Manager during project completion and final handover to the client.
