Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams and mentor engineers (10–15 members).
• Manage multiple customer implementations and product releases.
• Design scalable enterprise applications using Java and microservices.
• Drive Oracle PL/SQL development and database optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, QA, and DevOps.
