Job summary

Anoud Technologies in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, is seeking a Technical Lead – Full Stack to guide the technical direction, lead engineers, and stay hands-on with architecture and delivery.

You will drive architecture decisions, mentor developers, ensure code quality, and work with product, design, and QA to translate requirements into robust solutions in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full stack development, with 1–2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Strong experience with Oracle Database — PL/SQL, query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies (Angular, React, or JSP/JSF) to guide full stack decisions.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and microservices architecture.
• Experience with application/web servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss).
• Familiarity with build and CI/CD tools (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git).
• Strong understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and scalability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities
