Job summary

FINT Solutions in Hyderabad/Chennai is seeking a hands-on Technical Manager for Data Warehouse & BI to lead multiple client projects. You will design, implement, and manage scalable data and BI solutions delivering actionable insights, with strong emphasis on governance and security.

The role requires 12+ years in data warehousing/BI, 5+ years in leadership, and proficiency across SQL, ETL/ELT tools, Snowflake, Synapse, Databricks, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data warehousing, BI, or analytics with at least 5 years in technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute multiple DW/BI projects across clients, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Design and implement data architecture, ETL/ELT workflows, and BI reporting solutions.
• Be hands-on in solution design, development, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Mentor and guide teams of data engineers and BI developers on best practices and execution.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Establish and maintain data governance, quality, and security frameworks across projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Manager – Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence to lead and deliver multiple client projects. The role demands a balance of technical expertise, project leadership, and client engagement. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing scalable data and BI solutions that enable actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute multiple DW/BI projects across clients, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Design and implement data architecture, ETL/ELT workflows, and BI reporting solutions.
• Be hands‑on in solution design, development, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Mentor and guide teams of data engineers and BI developers on best practices and technical execution.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Establish and maintain data governance, quality, and security frameworks across projects.
• Stay current with evolving data, cloud, and analytics technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in data warehousing, BI, or analytics, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage and execute multiple concurrent projects in a client‑facing setup.
• Strong hands‑on skills in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT tools (ADF, SSIS, AWS Glue, Matillion, Informatica, Python etc.).
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure Fabric/Synapse, Databricks, SQL Server, Power BI or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms Azure/AWS and related data services, storage, compute
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services domains is a strong advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Work Mode & Location: Hyderabad & Chennai

• Shift / Timing Details: (3 PM to 12 AM IST)
