Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands‑on Technical Manager, Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence, to lead and deliver multiple client projects. The role demands a balance of technical expertise, project leadership, and client engagement. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing scalable data and BI solutions that enable actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute multiple DW/BI projects across clients, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Design and implement data architecture, ETL/ELT workflows, and BI reporting solutions.
• Be hands‑on in solution design, development, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Mentor and guide teams of data engineers and BI developers on best practices and technical execution.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Establish and maintain data governance, quality, and security frameworks across projects.
• Stay current with evolving data, cloud, and analytics technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in data warehousing, BI, or analytics, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage and execute multiple concurrent projects in a client‑facing setup.
• Strong hands‑on skills in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT tools (ADF, SSIS, AWS Glue, Matillion, Informatica, Python, etc.).
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure Fabric/Synapse, Databricks, SQL Server, Power BI or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms Azure/AWS and related data services, storage, compute.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services domains is a strong advantage.

Location and Shift

Work Mode & Location: Hyderabad & Chennai. Shift: 3 PM to 12 AM IST.
