Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor for our Hyderabad site. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, enforce grooming standards, and coordinate with agencies for pest control and safety.

The role requires vigilance in safety, incident reporting, and continuous improvement of cleaning practices. Leading a on-site team, you will manage rosters, PPE, and stock, ensure compliance with SOPs and SLAs, and drive 5S and IMS initiatives for a clean, safe

Responsibilities

• Check front of the house and back of the house daily.
• Inspect caddies and trolleys for readiness and condition.
• Review duty rosters and absenteeism across the housekeeping team.
• Ensure staff grooming standards are upheld.
• Coordinate pest control measures and follow-ups with agencies.
• Take corrective actions on nonconformities and incidents.
• Verify PPE availability and usage among staff.
• Maintain landscaped areas and cleanliness of the premises.
• Assess aspect-impacts and implement relevant controls (IMS responsibilities).
• Identify hazards and implement risk controls; participate in mock drills.
• Report near misses and ensure SLA/KPI adherence with agencies.
• Follow SOPs for cleaning standards, trainings, and PPM activities.
• Assist in incident investigations and contractor monitoring meetings.
• Manage stock and reordering of consumables; input budget considerations.
