Job summary

Ideas Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram is seeking a technical team lead to mentor the engineering staff, assign accounts, monitor activity, and drive customer satisfaction with SOLIDWORKS services.

You will oversee certifications, demos, and performance reviews, plan technical events for customers, and collaborate with Subscription and Customer Care teams. A B.Tech and 7+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams and handling multiple accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM software for customer management.
• MS Excel and MS Word proficiency for reporting and documentation.
• Experience with SOLIDWORKS products and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present to customers.

Responsibilities

• Mentor the technical team and oversee account assignments.
• Monitor activity per account to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Track certification status per SOLIDWORKS plan and ensure compliance.
• Record and review demos delivered by pre-sales team monthly.
• Evaluate overall performance of the technical team and provide feedback.
• Plan and execute technical events, webinars and activities for customers and prospects.
• Conduct customer audits and address gaps.
• Stay updated with new SOLIDWORKS products and features.
• Collaborate with Subscription and Customer Care teams.

Job Responsibilities :-

• Mentoring Technical team.
• Assigning accounts to the Technical team & monitoring activity of each account to increase technical services quality and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring certification status of the technical team as per the certification plan shared by SOLIDWORKS.
• Monitoring and recording Demos delivered by technical Pre-sales Team every Month.
• Recording, monitoring and evaluating the overall performance of technical team.
• Technical Event/ Webinar/Activity Planning for customers and prospects.
• Customer Auditing.
• New product learning as suggested by SOLIDWORKS.
• Closely Working with Subscription & Customer Care Team.

Min EDU Qualification required: B.Tech

Min Experience required: Minimum 7 yrs

Skills required :

• Experience of Team Handling.
