Shrofile Technologies in India seeks a National Technical Manager to lead asset-based lending valuations, manage vendor networks, and ensure timely delivery of valuation reports to banks.

The role covers site inspections, property measurements, due diligence, financial modeling, market assessments, and training team members to meet strict MIS and TAT targets across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset-based lending with hard assets like mortgages, plant and machinery, commercial vehicles, construction equipment, and leased assets.
• Ability to prepare, check and finalize valuation reports and verify property documents for fraud prevention.
• Manage vendors involved in technical evaluation and maintain timely MIS and TAT targets.
• Carry out site inspections, property measurements, and market/demand analyses.
• Define valuation policies across locations and ensure on-time delivery of reports to banks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee valuations reports including APF, LIE valuation, and project valuation for banks.
• Monitor the end-to-end valuation process from data collection to final reporting.
• Present procurement and cost estimates to management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Train and evaluate team proficiency and conduct spot audits to ensure quality.

Position description: National Technical Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

Should have experience in asset-based lending hard assets like mortgages, plant and machinery, commercial vehicles, construction equipment, leased assets etc. Should have a good network with professional vendors and repossession and resale agents. Should have relevant experience in the areas of repossession and resale of assets financed. Carry out Property Valuation for of assets pledged as collateral. Study Property documents carry out site inspection and understand physical measurements, area calculation, identify deviation in property stage of construction rate enquiry. Preparing checking and finalizing the valuation report. Verification of Property documents as per the Advocate Legal report to prevent fraud. Manage vendors involved in technical evaluation process. Maintain MIS and TAT targets. Train and evaluate the proficiency level to the team member on regular basis. Carry out spot audit checks on frequent basis. Responsible for managing the deliverables including APF reports LIE (Lender Independent Engineer) valuation Reports, Project Valuation reports. Monitoring the entire process of valuations reports to be submitted to bank. Presenting Estimates and Procurement Reports to management. Monitoring the Cost Estimates, Rate Analysis, Cost reports, variation statement etc. Responsible for Final delivery of the monthly reports(project monitoring corporate and retail valuations) to clients. Conducting detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of assigned project. Actively carrying out complex market assessment, developer assessment, consumer surveys and demand estimations and financial modeling. Responsible for project feasibility analysis/location analysis/financial analysis/city analysis/micro analysis/due diligence. Define policies related to Valuations across locations. Ensure that assigned targets are meeting on time with no lapse in coverage of projects in the assigned region. Facilitating the team with necessary guidance materials etc. for smooth functioning of assignments.
