Job description

Gather and document requirements using AIM, OUM, or other prescribed methodologies
Maintain and enhance Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
Conduct CRP sessions and participate in design reviews and discussions
Map client requirements to Oracle Fusion Financial modules
Interpret functional requirements and deliver and design solutions from offshore
Design module-specific solutions within integrated Oracle Fusion
Handle solution design, functional fit-gap, training, and testing sessions
Assist business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs
Prepare quality deliverables, test scripts, and test cases
Conduct training
Support the Project Management Office (PMO)
Lead and mentor team members

Requirements

12+ years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP Financials (Earlier called as E-Business Suite), including at least 3 years of experience in Fusion Financials
Led at least 4 full life cycle implementations, with at least one implementation on Fusion Financials
Good to have experience in Project accounting and Supply chain modules
Experience in a client-facing role
Exposure to integrations and data conversion activities
Experience in solution design, drafting functional specifications, and driving solutions
Application configuration, test case preparation, and execution
Awareness of Oracle AI offerings
Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents
Knowledge of documenting using OUM or another methodology
Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead and mentor team members
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge quickly
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to follow defined release management processes
Ability to multitask while staying focused on release priorities
Must have a valid passport
CA/CWA/MBA-Finance
