Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Salesforce Technical Manager in Bengaluru to lead high-performing engineering teams at the intersection of technology, delivery, and people leadership. You will own end-to-end technical delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem and mentor architects and engineers.

You will drive delivery excellence, align with business objectives, validate solutions, and promote best practices in coding, DevOps, release management, security, and scalability while ensuring team engagement

• Must demonstrate strong technical foundation from development/engineering background.

• Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivering projects.

Job Description:

• We are looking for a Technical Manager who can lead high-performing engineering teams while actively engaging in technical discussions. This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and people leadership—not pure project management and not pure architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for application teams (primarily Salesforce ecosystem)
• Lead and manage technical architects, engineers, and delivery teams
• Drive delivery excellence, timelines, and quality outcomes
• Act as a bridge between business, architecture, and engineering teams
• Participate in technical discussions, validate solutions, and challenge design decisions
• Guide teams on best practices and standards (Coding, DevOps, release management, security, scalability)
• Ensure team productivity, engagement, and performance management

Must-Have Skills

• Strong technical foundation (preferably from development or engineering background)
• Must demonstrate a commitment to staying technically relevant
