Job summary

Practice by Numbers, a fast-growing healthcare SaaS platform, seeks a Technical Leader to guide architecture, drive platform scalability, and raise engineering excellence across distributed systems and cloud-native services.

You will mentor engineers, own critical systems, optimize performance, reliability, and observability on AWS and containerized deployments, and shape multi-tenant SaaS solutions. A strong backend focus with Python, Node.js, and modern frontend exposure is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale SaaS products.
• Strong experience working in high-growth product engineering environments.
• Deep expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native development.

Responsibilities
