Merkle seeks a Lead Software Engineer (Automation) to drive Robotic Process Automation initiatives in Mumbai/Thane. You will lead automation projects, collaborate with process experts, and deliver bot solutions using UiPath and Power Platform, with emphasis on RE Framework, AI Center, and Orchestrator.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in RPA end-to-end lifecycle, API integrations, Azure DevOps, and finance domain processes. Leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications
