Mumba Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Lead – SRE to lead reliability, cloud infrastructure, observability, automation, and platform engineering initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, observability, DevSecOps, and AI integrations expertise, along with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

You will mentor SRE/DevOps engineers and collaborate with Development, Security, QA, and Product teams to improve platform reliability.

Qualificações

• 7–12 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, cloud, or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform experience.
• Deep knowledge of SRE, observability, incident management, SLI/SLO, and RCA.
• Experience with AI integrations.
• Experience with CDN technologies, preferably Cloudflare.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Linux, scripting, troubleshooting, and automation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production incidents, RCA, problem management, and reliability improvements.
• Define and improve SLIs, SLOs, monitoring, alerting, and observability.
• Drive automation, toil reduction, and MTTR improvements.
• Build observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools.
• Design and manage highly available AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Lead Kubernetes operations including upgrades, autoscaling, networking, and optimization.
• Drive cloud cost optimization, capacity planning, and infrastructure reliability.
• Improve platform scalability, security, and resilience.
• Mentor SRE/DevOps engineers and establish SRE best practices.
• Partner with Development, Security, QA, and Product teams to improve platform reliability.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – SRE with 7–12 years of experience to lead reliability, cloud infrastructure, observability, automation, and platform engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, observability, DevSecOps, and AI Integrations, along with strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

Reliability & Observability

• Lead production incidents, RCA, problem management, and reliability improvements.
• Define and improve SLIs, SLOs, monitoring, alerting, and observability.
• Drive automation, toil reduction, and MTTR improvements.
• Build observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools.
• Design and manage highly available AWS infrastructure using Terraform

AI, Automation & Security

• Leverage AI/AIOps and LLM-based tools for incident triage, RCA, anomaly detection, and automation.
• Drive vulnerability remediation across cloud, OS, containers, and dependencies.
• Integrate SAST, DAST, and SCA into CI/CD pipelines.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor SRE/DevOps engineers and establish SRE best practices.
• Lead architecture discussions and cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Partner with Development, Security, QA, and Product teams to improve platform reliability.

Required Skills

• 7–12 years in SRE, DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform experience.
• Strong knowledge of SRE, observability, incident management, SLI/SLO, and RCA.
• Experience with AI Integrations.
• Experience with CDN technologies, preferably Cloudflare.
• Strong Linux, scripting, troubleshooting, and automation skills.
