Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience including leadership roles.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience.

• Experience building enterprise applications from ground up.
• Hands-on DevOps with CI/CD, containers and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and databases.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect to design, build, and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical fundamentals, hands-on full-stack development experience, expertise in DevOps practices, and the ability to architect end-to-end technology solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver robust and innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable system architecture for enterprise applications.
• Lead full-stack application development from design through deployment.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
• Build and manage DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and production releases.
• Design APIs, microservices, database architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and support engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 810 years of experience in software development, including experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience in full-stack application development.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and system integration.
• Experience building enterprise applications from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, GIS, IoT, drone technology, climate tech, or agriculture technology.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations and workflow automation is an advantage.
• Cloud, DevOps, or Solution Architecture certifications are a plus.
