Job summary

Anblicks Inc. is seeking a hands-on Snowflake Technical Lead to drive migration projects and build execution on enterprise data platforms. The role leads development teams converting legacy platforms to Snowflake with dbt, with full ownership of code quality, validation, and cutover execution.

You will lead dbt model development standards, code review, and conversion of legacy logic to Snowflake. Implement validation and reconciliation frameworks; execute parallel runs and cutover windows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering; 4+ years deep Snowflake + dbt.
• Has led build teams through data platform modernization programs, including AI-enabled delivery and migration planning.
• Strong SQL; orchestration (Dagster/Airflow) and AWS services preferred.
• MarTech datasets a plus. Leads and executes hands-on.

Anblicks is seeking hands-on Snowflake Technical Leads to drive build execution on enterprise data platform migrations. The role leads development teams converting legacy platforms to Snowflake with dbt, with full ownership of code quality, validation, and cutover execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead dbt model development standards, code review, and conversion of legacy logic to Snowflake.
• Implement validation and reconciliation frameworks; execute parallel runs and cutover windows.
• Mentor teams of 5 to 10 engineers; enforce engineering discipline and AI-assisted development practices.
• Tune performance and cost; coordinate with architects and QA on migration milestones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering; 4+ years deep Snowflake + dbt.
• Has led build teams through data platform modernization programs (legacy to modern cloud platforms), including AI-enabled and accelerator-driven delivery, migration planning, data validation and reconciliation strategies, parallel runs, and cutover execution.
• Strong SQL; orchestration (Dagster/Airflow) and AWS services preferred.
• MarTech datasets a plus. Leads and executes hands-on.
