Job summary

Cummins is seeking a seasoned GOMS ERP technical lead to own the Aftermarket ERP Product (GOMS) delivery and drive architecture, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will guide three power cells, ensure alignment with business objectives, and serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of aftermarket ERP processes including Master Data, Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, Inventory, BOM/Work Order and Finance.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports; deep Unix and integration tech experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional Agile delivery teams and managing multi-workstream dependencies.
• Ability to design, validate and document complex ERP integrations and architectures at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead GOMS Application Order Management and Planning Transformation Power Cell, owning ERP product engineering, architecture, and delivery.
• Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives, roadmaps, and enterprise standards; act as primary technical escalation point.
• Provide technical leadership across GOMS; drive architecture consistency, integration patterns, and solution quality.
• Drive strategic initiatives such as Zenith, Quantum, and NR transformation programs.
• As SME for GOMS and Aftermarket ERP processes, guide agile teams on cross-system impacts and end-to-end design.

Additional Responsibilities Unique to This Position:

• In this role, you will lead the GOMS Application Order Management and Planning Transformation Power Cell, owning product engineering, architecture, and technical delivery for the Aftermarket ERP Product (GOMS).
• You will ensure technical solutions align with business objectives, technology roadmaps, and enterprise standards, while serving as the primary technical escalation point. The role collaborates closely with functional, technical, financial, and delivery teams across three power cells.
• You will provide technical leadership across GOMS, ensuring consistency in architecture, integration patterns, development practices, and overall solution quality. Drives technical execution of complex, transformative programs at the core of the GOMS application landscape.
• Strategic initiatives such as Zenith, Quantum, and key NRP transformation programs that exemplify the scale and complexity involved.
• As the subject matter expert for GOMS and Aftermarket ERP processes, you will guide agile teams on cross system impacts, upstream and downstream dependencies, and end-to-end solution design.

Required Skills, Experience, or Education:

• Extensive knowledge in aftermarket ERP processes, including Master Data, Order Management, Shipping & Transportation, Purchasing, Inventory, BOM/Work Order and Finance Strong technical proficiency across Oracle SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Unix, pp-Worx, ServiceNow, and integration technologies such as EDI and Oracle Middleware.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical teams in Agile delivery environments, managing dependencies and technical outcomes across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Proven ability to design, validate, and document complex ERP integrations and solution architectures in large scale enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills or Experience:

• Experience supporting large logistics or warehouse implementation programs
• Background in modernizing or optimizing ERP platforms serving large aftermarket or supply chain organizations
