Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of embedded hardware systems from architecture design to production
• Design schematics, PCB layouts, and multi-layer boards using tools like Altium / OrCAD / Eagle
• Select appropriate components (MCUs, processors, sensors, power modules, etc.)
• Perform circuit simulation, validation, and debugging
• Work closely with firmware and software teams for seamless integration
• Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide root cause analysis
• Support prototype development, testing, and certification processes
• Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team
• Coordinate with vendors for PCB fabrication and component sourcing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BE Electronics & Communication Engineering with 3 – 5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design
• Hands‑on experience in schematic design and PCB layout
• Experience with FPGAs, processors, and various high speed communication protocols
• Knowledge of power and signal integrity
• Familiarity with debugging tools (Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, Multimeter)
• Understanding of EMI/EMC design considerations
• Exposure to product lifecycle and manufacturing processes
• Good documentation and technical reporting skills
