We are currently seeking a Salesforce Field Service Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Role: Salesforce Field Service Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Architect with 8+ years of overall IT/CRM experience and strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, particularlySalesforce Field Service.

• Minimum 8+ years of work experience in Salesforce.com Projects

The Architect will own end-to-end solution architecture across field service business processes, including work order management, scheduling and optimization, dispatching, mobile workforce enablement, asset/service management, integrations, security, and data architecture.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce technical architecture capabilities with functional knowledge of field service operations and can translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

• Should be expertise in Salesofrce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and FSL), Apex Programming and Force.com Capabilities
• Should be working with business / IT groups and technical teams to successfully design and manage solutions leveraging the full power of the Force.com platform and integration with existing systems.
• Should be a technical leader and responsibility for documenting FSL functionalities related Solution and interface Designs, designing solutions in accordance to best practices, and leading technical teams through the build, test and deployment of the solution.

Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Field Service implementations.

• Should have minimum 6+ years of experience implementing enterprise level projects in Salesforce.com / Force.com platform

Design solutions for complex scheduling, routing, resource allocation, capacity planning, and workforce optimization requirements.

Establish architecture standards, design principles, reusable components, and implementation patterns.

Conduct architecture and design reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise Salesforce strategy.

• Should be familiar with General CRM functionalities especially on FSL designing and solutioning
• Should be familiar with Development and Support project life cycle
• Work experience should include creating custom user interfaces with Visual force, developing custom business logic in APEX, writing test classes in 5-6 end to end projects at least minimum of 6 months duration in each project
• Preferred CertificationsCandidates with the following Salesforce certifications are preferred:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
