Job summary

VGreen Technology Solutions (VGreenTEK) in Pan India is seeking a Technical Lead for Python, SQL and AWS to drive complex data-centric applications. You will mentor 3-5 engineers, own architectural decisions and collaborate with clients in Agile delivery.

You should have 7-12 years IT experience, with 5+ years SQL and 3+ years Python, plus strong AWS (S3, EKS). Expertise in cloud-native solutions and cross-functional communication is essential for success in this hybrid, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years total IT experience with 5+ years SQL and 3+ years Python development experience.
• Strong AWS experience (1+ year), specifically Amazon S3 and EKS, with exposure to cloud-based application delivery.
• Proven experience leading/mentoring 3-5 engineers, driving technical solutions, code reviews, technical discussions, and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead/mentor a team of 3-5 engineers and drive end-to-end delivery of technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, lead technical discussions, and ensure high-quality delivery in an Agile environment.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans and architectures.
• Contribute to application design, cloud-native solutions, and domain-specific considerations in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Analytics contexts.
