Job summary

Technoidentity Solutions Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, India seeks a Technical Lead - Python to drive the design, development and delivery of scalable apps and services. You will lead cross-functional teams and set technical direction.

The role requires 8–10 years of Python experience, 2+ years in leadership, strong cloud skills (AWS/Azure/GCP), API and microservices design, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD with IaC. You will mentor engineers and work with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python.
• 2+ years of technical leadership and people management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in designing REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Work with messaging and caching technologies where applicable.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to drive sprint planning, estimation, and release activities in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Monitor project risks and proactively address technical challenges.
• Leverage approved AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Encourage responsible adoption of AI-assisted coding and automation practices across the team.
